Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager; managing a team of 4, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating and executing integrated content-led marketing strategies to drive demand and build brand awareness and positioning. The role will include:

  • Strategy; be responsible for building the strategy and it’s tactical implementation
  • Management; lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team of 4
  • Segmentation; understand your customers and prospects through profiling and segmentation
  • Digital Ownership; creating the marketing platform
  • Content Creation; create content and thought leadership to use across online & offline campaigns
  • Inbound Marketing; use a variety of pull activities including email, website, social, SEO, PPC, affiliates, webinars to drive demand
  • Partnership Marketing; work closely to attract and collaborate with major brands to help uncover and bring to live co-funded joint marketing activities
  • Analysis; manage all reporting, communicating up & down the organisation. ROI is key!

 

Skills & experience the Marketing Manager must have;

With strong planning, execution and leadership skills as well as evidential content led focused marketing background, you’ll be an ROI focused professional. You’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • Digitally focussed content-led approach to marketing
  • Demand Generation marketing skills gained in a B2B environment in the UK, good strategic head with the desire to execute
  • Ability to partner well with internal and external stakeholders
  • A focus on ROI – must be on the CV
