James has overall responsibility for delivery of a portfolio of programmes including Growth, Innovation, Leadership, Export and Productivity support to SMEs across the Midlands and North.

James has in excess of 20 years’ experience of designing, configuring and leading the delivery of SME business support programmes to drive regional and national economic growth.
