Marcia leads Exemplas’ Legal and People functions. She brings over 20 years’ experience as a senior legal professional and General Counsel, with expertise spanning commercial and corporate law, employment law, governance, data protection and privacy, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and tax law.
Marcia is a registered civil, commercial, workplace and employment mediator, a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Her qualifications encompass tax law, intellectual property, industrial and organisational psychology and professional coaching, reflecting the breadth of expertise she brings to the Legal and People role.
